The 2026 season of smelt fishing on Lake Poroto has officially come to a close on Sunday, March 1.
Thanks to all of you, it was a season filled with warmth and smiles.

Even in the freezing cold, the sound of laughter inside the tents and the joyful shouts of “I caught one!” warmed our hearts again and again.
Your smiles were truly the greatest treasure of this winter.

Whether it was your very first time or you are one of our returning regular guests, we sincerely hope you were able to create special memories here.

We are deeply grateful for the connections we shared this season.
All of our staff look forward to seeing you again next year on the white, frozen lake.
