Shiraoi Omotenashi Guide Center

Introducing our Activities

Shiraoi is blessed with much charm. The Shiraoi Omotenashi (hospitality) Guide Center is managed by seventeen members who gathered to create this facility which opened in April, 2021. The concept of the facility is based on the members’ desire to provide a venue where visitors can come and learn about the culture and history of the Ainu, the rich nature in the area, and to provide information on sightseeing and hotsprings. The goal is to create in each visitor a “desire to visit Shiraoi again.”
