The festival is an annual event held by Shiraoi Beef Store Iwasaki, one of the designated stores for Shiraoi Beef in Shiraoi.

The highlight of the festival is that Iwasaki farm’s Black Japanese Beef is freshly served and charcoal grilled on the site.

Other events such as lotteries and competitive eating will add more fun to the day.
