FARM RESTAURANT UEMURA BASE
A farm restaurant managed by a Japanese Black integrated farm, one of the few in Hokkaido that carries out everything from breeding to raising and fattening. It reopened at the locally-familiar Uemura Farm in July 2021. Aside from the ever-popular own-grown Shiraoigyu Burger, they also offer the new Shiraoi beef Pioneer Burger Plate menu. Enjoy a high-grade Shiraoi beef Burger on the free deck space where you can rest freely.
