The Old Grey Brewery
“The Old Grey Brewery” started brewing its original beer in Shiraoi, Hokkaido, in 2024, using as many local ingredients as possible and a natural carbonation brewing method. The taproom serves beer directly from the taps and also sell cans. There is also a brew gallery inside where visitors can experience the brewery’s unique worldview, enhanced by collaborative projects by artists.
