Joe’z Kitchen
Joe’z Kitchen opened in 2020 as a takeaway shop offering Shiraoi Japanese Black Beef burgers. The most popular ones on the menu are Shiraoi Burger with Wagyu from Uemura farm sandwiched by handmade buns made from Tokachi wheat, and Joe’z Burger with its original patty made from Shiraoi and domestic Japanese Black Beef. The number of burgers available for sale a day is limited. There are also other menus topped with cheese and fried eggs.
On regular closed days, the food is sold in a kitchen car.
