Handmade soba and coffee – Tenzo
This shop opened in November 2024 and serves hand-made soba and coffee using spring water from the town. The soba, made by the owner who trained at Mugizen, which sadly closed at the end of 2023, is 'Sotoni Soba,' featuring a higher proportion of buckwheat flour than the typical 'Nihachi Soba.' You can fully enjoy the flavor of the soba even in the rich soba soup made from buckwheat flour instead of boiled water. You can also enjoy the specialty coffee 'Tenzo Original Blend' after your meal.
