Tobiu Art Festival gathers many works from artists based on their feeling and sensation about Shiraoi during their stay in the town.
This year’s festival is scheduled to take place from September 7, 2024 to September 15, 2024.
The artists seem to be ready to exhibit their works. All exhibition dates are fixed and publised on its homepage.
