Sobakiri Yamada
A restaurant around the Takeura area on National Route 36 from Noboribetsu in Shiraoi Town and near Kojohama Onsen. Taking off the shoes to enter the restaurant makes us deeply feel its cozy atmosphere like being at home. Their handmade noodles have a rich soba flavor and are reputed to be delicious. They serve 100% buckwheat noodles and the Inaka soba with a limited quantity.
