In the shop where you can relax and let loose, enjoy home-roasted coffee and an original menu that makes use of local ingredients, plated on charming tableware made at the ceramics museum. Menu items like "Smoked cod roe spaghetti" that uses cod roe from Kojohama, and "Shiraoi Wagyu stewed burger" and "Shiraoi Wagyu stewed hamburger steak" that use Shiraoigyu are also very popular.
