Shiraoi Station North Tourist Information Center
Tourism hub located on the north side of JR Shiraoi Station. The venue, opened by the Shiraoi Tourism and Information Center in the Poroto Mintara, serves as a gathering place for locals and tourists alike. There are various experiential programs, and the venue sells specialty products from Shiraoi and neighboring Iburi. Visitors can enjoy soft serve ice cream and light meals, not to mention utilize the restrooms which are open 24/7 for the convenience of travelers. Numerous events are also held in the outdoor square.
