A single red pine, a remnant of the Japanese red pines transplanted by the Sendai clan 150 years ago, stands today on the premises. It is the oldest red pine tree in Hokkaido. The proceeds from the rice cakes sold here are donated for the purpose of maintaining and preserving this famous tree. We sincerely ask for your cooperation and support for this project.
