The Shiraoi Sky Lantern Festival, which has been highly praised and widely enjoyed during the summer, has grown into a well-known and beloved event. Due to its popularity, we are pleased to present the festival once again this winter.

At the workshop, participants will paint traditional Ainu patterns and write their wishes on lanterns. Afterward, the lanterns will be released into the winter night sky at Upopoy.

Create a beautiful winter memory with your loved ones.
In case of bad weather, only the workshop will be held.
