Within its stylish and relaxing interior, you can savor exquisite onigiri made with glistening rice cooked in a traditional hagama pot. The rice accompaniments include carefully selected items, such as sea urchin directly sourced from the owner’s hometown on Rebun Island and bonito flakes aged while serenaded by classical music.
